We hope you love your LISS accessories as much as we loved creating them for you. Due to the nature of our handmade products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, please email us at liza@lissofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A short description of the issue
If approved, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. The item must be unused, with original packaging intact.

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
